GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the Direct Primery Care?

The DPC is a medical practice model where patients contract directly with physicians. It operates on patient membership fee which gives patients unrestricted access for visits and care. The DPC model is beneficial to both sides. It reduces overhead costs, there is more quality time with patients, fewer medical malpractice, reduced administrative burdens, and none of the paperwork and expense required by insurance reimbursement. DPC physicians have more time to spend with each patient to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

Does Doctor V. Gyulnazaryan Health see patients of All Ages?

Yes. Dr. G Health provides care for patients of all ages.

Is it Same as concierge medicine?

Direct primary care is not the same as Concierge Medicine. First, Concierge Medicine accepts insurances, unlike the DPC model. Second, Concierge Medicine charges a higher monthly payment in addition to the insurance collection. So, the monthly rates are typically more reasonable in DPC than they are in Concierge Medicine.
